These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online, over the telephone, via fax/e-mail or through the post with ToyMaster or associated stores/Web Sites. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. All references to the 'company', 'we', ToyMaster. All references to 'you' or the 'customer' refer to the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods or services from the company. References to the Web Site include all URL's owned or licensed by ToyMaster.
Orders can be placed online, by telephone, or post. Please do not e-mail your credit card details to ToyMaster, we cannot be held responsible for the security of information sent in this way.
If paying by direct deposit please submit an order, a confirmation email will be sent with an invoice including bank account details, payment is due within 24hours.
Back Orders, a minimum of 50% deposit is required for orders, balance of payment required in full on delivery.
All items supplied to you remain the property of ToyMaster until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Delivery
Cairns - within 24 hours of receiving payment, an email notification will be sent to you with an arranged delivery time. If in stock within 24 hours, if back ordered within 8 weeks.

Returns
As a small business, customer satisfaction is vitally important to us. If you're not happy let us know and we'll do our best to make it better! If you change your mind about an item, just send it back to us in original condition within 10 days and we will send you a voucher equal to the value of the returned item to use in your next purchase with Toy Master.
If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please return the damaged item and we will replace it at no cost to you. If you prefer, we will refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).

Privacy Policy - How we Handle Your Personal Information
Toymaster only use the email address you provide us to communicate with you about your order - and that's all. We won't use your address for anything else. We won't sell or distribute any customer information to any third party, except where required to do so by law (such as your credit card number with a service that screens for lost or stolen card numbers).
